About Valley Corp

A builder built on standards.

We are a small, privately held UK building company that has spent more than two decades doing one thing properly.

The company

Quietly, properly, on time.

Valley Corp Construction was founded by a small group of UK trades who shared a frustration: too much of the industry confuses speed with progress and price with value.

We set out to build the opposite kind of company. Small enough to know every site by name. Disciplined enough to mean what we say in writing.

We work nationwide from our base in Radlett, Hertfordshire. We handle new build homes, extensions, and renovations for private clients, architects, and small developers. We do not try to be everything to everyone. We do three things, and we do them with care.

How we work

Four principles we will not move on.

Build to be inherited.

Everything we put up is meant to outlast its first owner. Materials, detailing, and tolerances are chosen on that basis rather than on the lowest tender.

One named project manager.

Every project has a single point of accountability from day one to handover. No subcontracting of responsibility. You always know who to ring.

Written before spoken.

Programme, cost movements, and decisions are confirmed in writing the same day. A shared site diary keeps every party honest, including us.

A two-year defects period.

Standard in the contract, not a sales line. Anything urgent in year one is answered the same day.

Better buildings, lighter footprints.

A long-life building is the most sustainable building. We start every project by asking how to keep what is already there: existing fabric, mature trees, embodied carbon.

We specify materials by reference to environmental product declarations where available, and prefer responsibly sourced UK timber. Our standard new build specification meets Future Homes Standard fabric performance ahead of statutory deadlines. We are not chasing certificates, we are chasing buildings that need less to run.
